We ship across New Zealand! All orders are dispatched from our warehouse and delivered to your door. Enter your address at checkout and we'll calculate the exact shipping cost for you.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. Rural delivery may take a little longer. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Our pots and planters are designed for both indoor and outdoor use. We recommend hand washing with mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbers to maintain the finish.

Our Premium Potting Mix is great for most indoor plants. For tropical plants like Monstera and Philodendron, try our Tropical Mix. Succulents and cacti do best in our Succulent & Cactus Mix which provides excellent drainage.

Yes! If you're not happy with your order for any reason, get in touch within 14 days of receiving it and we'll make it right. Soil and consumable products are non-returnable once opened, but we'll always do our best to help.

We process orders quickly so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
